Product function

One-stop couplings for the listed KS pipe outside diameters. Select AJ550R rigid or AJ550F flexible configurations according to the piping restraint and movement requirements.

Selection criteria

Use the AJ550 outside-diameter table; do not substitute the AJ560 table.

Verify pipe-end separation and deflection allowances for the selected flexible-coupling size.

Check actual pipe outside diameter, wall thickness and connection requirements. The same nominal size can correspond to different KS and ANSI outside diameters.

Review fluid, design pressure, temperature and gasket compatibility together.
