규격 선정에서 확인할 사항

재질은 304 SS, 두께는 Schedule 10S입니다. 316/316L 등 다른 재질은 별도 문의 대상입니다.

품목: 90°·45° 엘보, 티(홈/나사 출구), 레듀서(홈/나사 출구), 캡, 플랜지 어댑터. 엘보·티는 DN40(1-1/2")~DN300(12") 범위이며 품목별 사이즈 범위는 사양서 표로 확인합니다.

관과 홈의 상세 치수는 TD-01(Roll)·TD-02(Cut)을 따릅니다. 일반적으로 Sch.10S 관은 Roll 홈가공을 기준으로 검토합니다.

Product function

Grooved-end fittings in 304 stainless steel for Schedule 10S piping, joined with grooved couplings for changes of direction, branches, size changes, end closures and flange connections.

Selection criteria

Material is 304 SS, wall thickness Schedule 10S. Other materials such as 316/316L are available on inquiry.

Items: 90° and 45° elbows, tees (grooved or threaded outlet), reducers (grooved or threaded outlet), caps and flange adapters. Elbows and tees cover DN40 (1-1/2") to DN300 (12"); confirm each item's size range in the specification table.

Pipe and groove dimensions follow TD-01 (roll) and TD-02 (cut). Schedule 10S pipe is normally reviewed on a roll-groove basis.

Information for quotation

Provide the item (elbow, tee, reducer, cap or flange adapter), nominal size, outlet type (grooved or threaded) and quantity.

Include the grooving method (roll or cut) and the coupling model to be used so that compatibility can be reviewed together.
