규격 선정에서 확인할 사항

사양서 기재 최대 사용압력은 21 kgf/cm²입니다. 인증 등재 압력과는 구분해 확인합니다.

품목: 90°·45°·22.5°·11.25° 엘보, 티(홈/나사 출구), 레듀서·편심 레듀서, 캡, 플랜지 어댑터. 90° 엘보는 DN25(1")~DN200(8") 범위입니다.

관과 홈 치수는 사양서 기준에 따라 TD-02(Cut)로 확인합니다.

Product function

Ductile iron grooved fittings (GCD 450, ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12) for carbon steel piping, joined with grooved couplings.

Selection criteria

The specification sheet states a maximum working pressure of 21 kgf/cm². Confirm listed or approved pressure ratings separately.

Items: 90°, 45°, 22.5° and 11.25° elbows, tees (grooved or threaded outlet), concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and flange adapters. 90° elbows cover DN25 (1") to DN200 (8").

Pipe and groove dimensions are referenced to TD-02 (cut groove) in the specification sheet.

Information for quotation

Provide the item (elbow, tee, reducer, cap or flange adapter), nominal size, outlet type (grooved or threaded) and quantity.

Include the grooving method (roll or cut) and the coupling model to be used so that compatibility can be reviewed together.
