제품의 역할

ASME B16.9 기준의 탄소강 맞대기 용접피팅(엘보·티·레듀서·캡)입니다. 개선(베벨) 단부를 탄소강 배관에 용접 연결합니다.

규격 선정에서 확인할 사항

재질: ASTM A234 WPB·WPC(상온·고온), ASTM A420 WPL3·WPL6·WPL9(저온).

사이즈 NPS 1/2"~60", 두께 STD·XS·XXS·Sch.20~160. 단반경 엘보는 ASME B16.28, 용접 단부는 ASME B16.25를 따릅니다.

치수 단위는 inch입니다. KS 용접피팅과 외경이 다를 수 있으므로 배관 규격 체계를 먼저 확인합니다.

견적 검토에 필요한 정보

형상(엘보 장·단반경, 티, 레듀서 동심·편심, 캡), 호칭경, 두께(스케줄), 재질, 수량을 알려주세요.

적용 규격 체계(KS/JIS 또는 ASME)를 지정해 주세요. 같은 호칭경도 규격 체계에 따라 외경과 치수가 다를 수 있습니다.

Product function

Wrought carbon steel butt-weld fittings (elbows, tees, reducers and caps) manufactured to ASME B16.9, with beveled ends for welding to carbon steel pipe.

Selection criteria

Materials: ASTM A234 WPB and WPC (ambient and higher temperature), ASTM A420 WPL3, WPL6 and WPL9 (low temperature).

Sizes NPS 1/2" to 60"; wall thickness STD, XS, XXS and Sch.20 to 160. Short radius elbows follow ASME B16.28 and welding ends ASME B16.25.

Dimensions are in inches. Outside diameters can differ from KS fittings, so confirm the piping standard first.

Information for quotation

Provide the shape (long/short radius elbow, tee, concentric/eccentric reducer, cap), nominal size, wall thickness (schedule), material and quantity.

Specify the dimensional standard (KS/JIS or ASME). The same nominal size can have different outside diameters and dimensions under each standard.

State any material documentation (for example mill test reports) required at the time of the quotation request.
