규격 선정에서 확인할 사항

재질은 304 SS(ASTM A312/A403 기준 표기), 두께는 Schedule 40S입니다. 316/316L 등은 별도 문의 대상입니다.

품목: 90°·45° 엘보, 티(홈/나사 출구), 레듀서(홈/나사 출구), 캡, 플랜지 어댑터. 엘보는 DN40(1-1/2")~DN300(12") 범위입니다.

Roll·Cut 홈 치수는 TD-01·TD-02로 확인합니다. Cut 홈 적용 여부는 관 두께와 사이즈를 함께 검토합니다.

Product function

Grooved-end fittings in 304 stainless steel for Schedule 40S piping, joined with grooved couplings for changes of direction, branches, size changes, end closures and flange connections.

Selection criteria

Material is 304 SS (stated to ASTM A312 / A403), wall thickness Schedule 40S. Other materials such as 316/316L are available on inquiry.

Items: 90° and 45° elbows, tees (grooved or threaded outlet), reducers (grooved or threaded outlet), caps and flange adapters. Elbows cover DN40 (1-1/2") to DN300 (12").

Check roll and cut groove dimensions in TD-01 and TD-02. Whether cut grooving applies depends on wall thickness and size.

Information for quotation

Provide the item (elbow, tee, reducer, cap or flange adapter), nominal size, outlet type (grooved or threaded) and quantity.

Include the grooving method (roll or cut) and the coupling model to be used so that compatibility can be reviewed together.
