Grooved-end fittings in 304 stainless steel for Schedule 40S piping, joined with grooved couplings for changes of direction, branches, size changes, end closures and flange connections.
Selection criteria
Material is 304 SS (stated to ASTM A312 / A403), wall thickness Schedule 40S. Other materials such as 316/316L are available on inquiry.
Items: 90° and 45° elbows, tees (grooved or threaded outlet), reducers (grooved or threaded outlet), caps and flange adapters. Elbows cover DN40 (1-1/2") to DN300 (12").
Check roll and cut groove dimensions in TD-01 and TD-02. Whether cut grooving applies depends on wall thickness and size.
Information for quotation
Provide the item (elbow, tee, reducer, cap or flange adapter), nominal size, outlet type (grooved or threaded) and quantity.
Include the grooving method (roll or cut) and the coupling model to be used so that compatibility can be reviewed together.
