One-stop · Installation-time demonstration

The source demonstration shows completion at 3:28 for one-stop and 11:38 for conventional grooved joints. Watch the work side by side.

29 sec · Visual explanation, no audioThe source includes approximately 30× playback; its elapsed-time labels are retained. These are displayed results from one demonstration. Pipe size: 100A; one or two workers, confirmed by AJS. Crew allocation by method, model, connection count and timing protocol require confirmation. This is not a named-competitor or welding benchmark.

INSTALLATION TIME → LABOR COST

Less assembly time. Evaluate the labor implications.

The figures below compare completion times displayed in the source demonstration. They describe the demonstrated assembly, not a standard time per connection.

70.2%Reduction in displayed demonstration timeDifference: 8 min 10 sec

The original includes approximately 30× playback. AJS confirms 100A pipe and one or two workers. Crew allocation by method, model, connection count and timing protocol require confirmation. These results do not establish performance for every site or one-stop model, or against a named competitor.

What would your crews cost?

This conditional illustration uses a separate hourly crew cost for each method. It is not a total installed-cost or ROI calculation covering preparation, machining, inspection and materials.

Hourly crew cost = sum of workers × hourly cost for each trade. Do not multiply by crew size again. All crew members are assumed engaged throughout the displayed time.

Enter positive hourly costs for both crews to illustrate the labor difference for these displayed times.

Labor cost = displayed seconds ÷ 3,600 × hourly crew cost

Compared with welding: align the work scope first.

The difference depends on pipe size, wall thickness, access and inspection requirements. Welding savings require project-specific inputs; the 70.2% figure above is not a welding comparison.
